Hi Thank you for this informative e-mail. However, I am at a loss for an answer. Compilation errors only appear on merida1 (old version of OS X) and nebbiolo1 machines. On kjohnson1 and Palomino7, there are no BUILD nor CHECK problems.
Furthermore, when I look at the CHECK logs, it turns out that the errors come from the reticulate package, which I only import into the Pirat package; it's therefore difficult for me to understand and correct the problem. How can I prevent the Pirat package from being placed in deprecation? Thank you for your help Sincerely Samuel Wieczorek De : CoreTeam Bioconductor <bioconductorcoret...@gmail.com<mailto:bioconductorcoret...@gmail.com>> Envoyé : lundi 7 juillet 2025 19:05 À : WIECZOREK Samuel <samuel.wieczo...@cea.fr<mailto:samuel.wieczo...@cea.fr>> Objet : Bioconductor package Pirat Hello Package Maintainer, We would like to bring to your attention that your package is failing in both release and devel Bioconductor on all platforms. This is very problematic. Please fix the package in the next few weeks to avoid deprecation. https://bioconductor.org/checkResults/release/bioc-LATEST/ https://bioconductor.org/checkResults/devel/bioc-LATEST/ If you have further questions or concerns please reach out on the bioc-devel@r-project.org<mailto:bioc-devel@r-project.org> We appreciate your quick attention to this matter Cheers, On behalf of the Bioconductor Core Team [[alternative HTML version deleted]] _______________________________________________ Bioc-devel@r-project.org mailing list https://stat.ethz.ch/mailman/listinfo/bioc-devel
