Yes.. that was my initial idea, but it's even not picking the 1.34.1 that was committed on the 27th of May. I'll wait to see it it resolves itself, but I think there might be something else...
Thanks! Hi Bernat, I'm not quite sure on the status of the release builders, but the failing reports e.g. https://bioconductor.org/checkResults/release/bioc-LATEST/karyoploteR/palomino7-buildsrc.html suggest that the git snapshot was made at 2025-06-05 13:40 -0400 (Thu, 05 Jun 2025), which is before you commits to make version 1.34.2. Admittedly the top of the page says 'This page was generated on 2025-06-09 11:42 -0400 (Mon, 09 Jun 2025).' so there seems to be quite some lag, but maybe you just need to wait for the next build cycle on Thursday. However, it seems that the builder is not picking the newest version. The current version in RELESASE_3_21 is 1.34.2 (and this is what I see in DESCRIPTION if I clone the repo) but the builder is picking 1.34.0 and so the reports keeps failing. Any idea of what's going on? If it can be of any help, the package was failing during release, so I think the version being served to users is 1.33.0 The devel servers are picking the newest version 1.35.2, but they are failing there because of bamsignals. Thanks a lot for your help!
