Hi Lori and Sean and sorry for putting you in the wrong thread (I realized it while posting).
I'm well aware of the difficulty of setting up a new GPU-compatible server. I'm in absolutely no hurry. I'd like to thank all the people who took the time to look into this package, which poses particular implementation problems. Thanks to all the volunteers who keep Bioconductor alive!
