Just to add some additional info/debugging: At the top of the build report page, it indicates when the snapshot date occurred (git pull of packages). For the 3/3 report the actual snapshot was "Approx. Package Snapshot Date/Time (git pull): 2025-02-27 13:00 -0500 (Thu, 27 Feb 2025)" .
