It looks like from the downloadthis CRAN page
https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/downloadthis/index.html, that the
macOS binary for devel (using R 4.5.0) is not yet available. I think it is
safe to ignore this ERROR in devel until the binary is produced by CRAN and
this ERROR should resolve on its own.

Hello all,
I am reaching out regarding an issue with two of the packages I maintain,
EpiCompare and the recently accepted MotifPeeker, which fail on Iconway due
to a missing dependency. The missing package in question is *downloadthis*,
which is available on CRAN.
I would like to note that both packages check and build successfully on
other platforms. It seems this issue is specific to *Iconway*.
I would greatly appreciate it if the team could look into this matter.

assistance to help resolve the issue.
