Hi Nick,

Sorry for the late response. I wasn't able to figure out the issue today before
the builds started but will continue looking next week and compare the set up
on teran2 and nebbiolo2. I'll also look at the issue on lconway.

Subject: [Bioc-devel] Issue with keras/tensorflow

Hello,

I have been having issues with getting keras/tensorflow to work on the
Bioconductor platform builds for my package immApex:
https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://bioconductor.org/checkResults/3.20/bioc-LATEST/immApex/teran2-buildsrc.html__;!!LRXxDv2l!SGhMztVLyCZOmie8RyI7sa5b10ha-uCQGIj9niQVhOIMajRoOdtDISUl5G4kI33QzxFtMVEnwA_NzKN-belDKanO4Q$

I get the following error:
Valid installation of TensorFlow not found.

The package itself was built on 2 machines with python 3.9.6 and 3.11, and the
package works locally when built. But it appears that python 3.12 is not
compatible with keras/tensorflow installation? Does anyone have any insight on
what I can do to fix the problem?

Thanks,
Nick Borcherding
