I wanted to check my package "HiCParser." There are 2 "Note" issued by a local R CMD CHECK, and 3 "Note" issued by a local BiocCheck. On the Bioconductor Single Package Builder, I can see 2 "Note" by R CMD CHECK and the same for BiocCheck. Yet, the result is a "Warning": https://bioconductor.org/spb_reports/HiCParser_buildreport_20241106094933.html#teran2_check_anchor Is there a reason? Should I have 0 "Note"? I thank you very much.
