Hi Nitesh, Thanks for adding me as the maintainer. Unfortunately, I am having some issues that I need help resolving: - I have set up my BiocCredentials account and set up a public key on my github account. The BiocCredentials account should be checking for keys twice a day and updating my account accordingly, but it does not seem to be picking up this key. - I have set up the TBSignatureProfiler repository on my local machine to push upstream to g...@git.bioconductor.org:packages/TBSignatureProfiler, which I assume is correct. However, when I do so, I get the following message: FATAL: W any packages/TBSignatureProfiler d.jenkins DENIED by fallthru (or you mis-spelled the reponame) fatal: Could not read from remote repository.
Please make sure you have the correct access rights and the repository exists. (end message) It is confusing to me why it includes d.jenkins in the message (the previous maintainer) and not my own username. I need to update the package as soon as possible to fix build errors, but these access issues are obstructing my progress. Do you have any suggestions to fix them? I am happy to provide more information. I tried to set up everything according to the walkthroughs posted on the bioconductor website.
