One issue though, there is no package in Bioconductor called, CTDquerier. Please let me know if this is a mistaken package name? The only other package Carles has access to is “brgedata”. Xavier, you now have a BiocCredentials account with the email “xavier.escr...@isglobal.org<mailto:xavier.escr...@isglobal.org>”. You’ll should activate your account https://git.bioconductor.org/BiocCredentials/account_activation and then log in. Once you login, please add your SSH keys and you’ll have access to the packages, rexposome and omicRexposome.
