Hello again Bioconductor community, There is now a fixed version (3.11.1) of the GO.db package available. We will continue working on integrating the new OBO file format, but due to time constraints we decided to resort back to using the sql files that Gene Ontology provides. The fixed version of GO.db meant that the db0 and org packages had to be rebuilt as well. Please use the 3.11.2 versions of the db0 packages (3.11.3 for arabidopsis.db0) and the 3.11.1 version of the org packages.
Thank you for your patience! - Kayla From: "Interdonato, Kayla" <kayla.morr...@roswellpark.org> Date: Monday, May 4, 2020 at 9:57 AM To: "bioc-devel@r-project.org" <bioc-devel@r-project.org> Subject: Issues with annotation packages Hello Bioconductor community, We have discovered some issues with the new GO.db package. We are working on fixing it and making a new version available by the end of the day. But for the time being we suggest not using the 3.11.0 version of GO.db or the org packages. I will let the community know when the fixed packages are available for use. Thank you for your patience. Kayla E.
