There's been a persisting error on celda development build check.
Quitting from lines 64-65 (decontX.Rmd)
Error: processing vignette 'decontX.Rmd' failed with diagnostics:
HDF5 dataset './.HDF5ArrayAUTO00001_dimnames/1' does not exist
--- failed re-building 'decontX.Rmd'
We use TENxPBMCData and the underlying HDF5Array packages in the vignette. This
error is similar to a previous bsseq error in this thread and it also only
happens on the Windows server. I guess this is probably a problem in HDF5Array.
Anyone encountered this error before?
