We recently started to see the following LaTeX error on tokay2 (windows devel):
Package inputenc Error: Invalid UTF-8
We are not sure what exactly changed or was updated but the fix is relatively
easy.
Please put
\usepackage[utf8]{inputenc}
at the beginning of your Sweave file right after the
\documentclass
The following packages have currently been identified but please check your
package build reports for tokay2 and if you see this ERROR please also correct:

BioSeqClass
CSAR
DaMiRseq
GEOsubmission
GLAD
intansv
MOSim
OTUbase
