How can I determine if a web browser is indeed installed?
Sys.getenv("R_BROWSER”) returns:
macOS: “/usr/bin/open”
ubuntu: “xdc-open”
I don’t think either of these actually reveals an actual and functioning
installation.
Other ideas?
