I'm actually unable to reproduce that error on my local machine. Since the data/ folder contains the scDengue.RData file.
Try another version bump and see if it persists. I'm suspecting it might be something to do with with the .gitignore. I think maybe someone like Hervé or Martin might have a better idea.
