Normally CRAN dependencies are downloaded automatically. We have been experiencing some connectivity issues on the builders connecting to CRAN which has caused a number of additional TIMEOUTS and the inability to currently download additional dependencies.
We are working to resolve the issue so for now there is nothing more that needs to be done on your part. We apologize for the inconvenience.
