The deadline for commits to the current release 3.8 branch is Monday April 15th. At this time the release 3.8 branch will be frozen and no longer accept any commits. If your package is having TIMEOUT, ERROR, or WARNINGS - it will forever be frozen in this state. This is in preparation for the Tuesday April 30th 3.9 release. We encourage last submits to this branch to be this Friday April 26th so that any changes will be reflected in a build report before the branch is frozen and branched.
