Forgot to add, the most recent version of the configure script is in the develop branch, since it was removed from the master branch.

I'm not sure how to fix this issue for the bioconductor build system, so I've temporarily removed the configuration step. Any help is much appreciated, Tom [[alternative HTML version deleted]] _______________________________________________ Bioc-devel@r-project.org mailing list https://stat.ethz.ch/mailman/listinfo/bioc-devel [[alternative HTML version deleted]] _______________________________________________ Bioc-devel@r-project.org mailing list https://stat.ethz.ch/mailman/listinfo/bioc-devel
