Actually, 'tjh48' was used to map your public key to package permissions, but that was not your svn id.

I updated your public key / package access mapping, and you should have success now.

When did you submit the new svnid and key? It can take up to 24 hours for the
keys to be processed. The keys are currently processed once daily not upon
submission. Perhaps try again this afternoon and then let us know if you are
still having troubles.

Hi Nitesh,

I have now submitted with the SVN-ID, but am now getting the error
message (from git push)

FATAL: W any packages/baySeq tjh48 DENIED by fallthru
(or you mis-spelled the reponame)
fatal: Could not read from remote repository.

What am I doing wrong this time?

Thanks,

Tom

Hi

I see that you have submitted your key multiple times. But missed one key
component to get access to your package, i.e your previous SVN-ID given to your
by bioconductor.

You are supposed to submit your SVN ID in the google form, without with your
keys will not get access.

Best,

Nitesh

Hi all,

I am unable to push to git with the 'tjh48' ID following the instructions on
https://www.bioconductor.org/developers/how-to/git/. I have submitted my public
key through the google form and tried to link my git account, which also has my
keys, but to no avail. Any solutions?

Best wishes,

Tom Hardcastle
