git.bioconductor.org will be rebooted for routine maintenance on Tuesday,
August 29 at 8am EST. This should only take a few minutes and in general should
not be noticed. If you push or pull to the git server at this exact time the
action may fail and you'll have to retry. I'll post back when this is done.
