AnnotationHub will be briefly off-line today (July 18) starting at 11:30 EST.
We are downsizing the EC2 instance and expect this to take about 1 hour.
During the downtime you can still use AnnotationHub metadata cached locally but
can't download fresh metadata with AnnotationHub().
I'll post back when this is done.
