I'm not really sure what went wrong; your package was accepted at
version 0.99.19 but the script that processes the packages to svn pulled
down (most of!) 0.99.20.
The most straight-forward step is to update svn to get it back in sync,
following the directions in the acceptance email / at
http://bioconductor.org/developers/how-to/source-control/
Bump the version to 0.99.21.

the svn commit (r122398, mirrored to git) that changed version to 0.99.20 was
after the most recent nightly builds started

will sync on next successful build, likely today late afternoon Eastern.
