The TxDbs for Bioconductor 3.4 are built and available in the devel branch.
One new package has been added (version 3.4): TxDb.Ptroglodytes.UCSC.rheMac8.refGene These packages are live tracks and have been updated (bumped to version 3.4): TxDb.Celegans.UCSC.ce11.refGene TxDb.Hsapiens.UCSC.hg38.knownGene TxDb.Mmusculus.UCSC.mm10.knownGene TxDb.Mmusculus.UCSC.mm10.ensGene TxDb.Rnorvegicus.UCSC.rn5.refGene TxDb.Rnorvegicus.UCSC.rn6.refGene TxDb.Rnorvegicus.UCSC.bosTau8.refGene TxDb.Sscrofa.UCSC.susScr3.refGene TxDb.Ptroglodytes.UCSC.panTro4.refGene TxDb.Drerio.UCSC.danRer10.refGene TxDb.Ptroglodytes.UCSC.rheMac3.refGene TxDb.Ptroglodytes.UCSC.galGal4.refGene The other TxDb packages are either retired tracks or have not been updated since the last release; those versions will not be bumped.
