Hi all, We're cleaning up the build reports for the next release and are actively deprecating broken packages with non-responsive maintainers. methyAnalysis has been broken in devel for a few months:
http://www.bioconductor.org/checkResults/devel/bioc-LATEST/ We have not heard from the maintainer and we are going to start End of Life on the package: http://www.bioconductor.org/developers/package-end-of-life/ This message is a heads up to anyone who's work depends on methyAnalysis that it's likely going away.
