I'd like to announce the release of the SemDist package
<http://bioconductor.org/packages/devel/bioc/html/SemDist.html>, which
facilitates the calculation of information-accretion based metrics to
evaluate the performance of protein function predictors that use
annotations from GO or other annotation ontologies. Please let me know if
you encounter any bugs or difficulties while testing the package and I'll
try to update it as soon as possible. Thanks!
