Hi All,
A new package for mitigating the appearance of waves (ArrayTV) in
microarray data is now available. The idea is to first find the windows
around probes that best captures the dependence of signal intensity on GC
content, and then to perform correction based upon these optimal windows.
The vignette demonstrates the procedure on a few platforms.
