If you can reliably reproduce the problem, you can either bump up the debugging (-d 9 argument to named) or capture the traces. Are there any other log entries preceding the snippet you posted?
Adding -d 9 didn't seem to change the output much. Here's the surrounding logs from opening an existing browser tab, refreshing, then hitting "try again" until the page appeared (4 or 5 times I think).
