Dears, What might be the reason of resolver couldn't get the AAAA record of the domain? /Other records are fine/ No answer but no error too.

SAME BUT, when I use online dig tools and run query from authoritative servers, I get answers. Also, when I use OpenDNS, I get answers normally. I'm stuck here, any advice is appreciated.
