No, I can't use his DNS server. From ns10.cyberia.net.sa, connection timed out.. It is one of our VIP customer and complaining that if "I have problem in my "name servers" when we use open DNS server such as google and several others, they don't have any issue to resolve their records. Satisfying customer is become tough.
