This package is not in CentOS 7 itself, but it is available from the
Fedora EPEL 7 repository, according to:

    https://apps.fedoraproject.org/packages/fstrm

There are instructions for enabling EPEL on CentOS here:

The upstream project is maintained by Farsight Security
(https://www.farsightsecurity.com/) and the source code is available on
GitHub:
