Are you able to query the authoritative servers directly? If not, you have
a network problem not a DNS problem.

$ dig www.retn.net @87.245.225.0
$ dig www.retn.net @87.245.227.0
$ dig www.retn.net @2a02:2d8::57f5:e100
# dig www.retn.net @2a02:2d8::57f5:e200
