bind itself - no - there are for sure webuis, we have written our own with some sql tables and hand-crufted zone-files from that data
however, "push updates to both the master and slave servers" can only mean new zones or remove existing ones, updates itself are not touch by hand or webui because the purpose of master/slave is that this happens automatically and if you break your master config the slave won't go down at the same time
