I am sure there is no firewall on. it is open see the nslookup output from
google open dns server. if there is restriction ns1 and ns2.kalam.net.sa
couldn't have resolved which are hosted on the 212.119.64.228.

Check your firewall? is the new IP allowed to talk DNS to the Internet? if
you login to the server itself can you dig to the Internet from the server?
Try "dig @68.180.131.16 www.yahoo.com"
