Please report server crashes to bind9-b...@isc.org, or via the bug report form at http://www.isc.org/community/report-bug/. I have no reason to believe it's the case today, but crash bugs can sometimes be security-sensitive and it's best not to disclose those on a public list until we're sure they aren't.
