It's on FreeBSD 8.3-RELEASE-p4.
It's probably related to DNSSec validation (the server has validation
enabled), but I thought someone here might have a better idea about the
exact cause.
This has been discussed on the list. It's a log message they made too
noisy, and will be fixed in the next version IIRC.
