Thanks to everyone who replied. I've learned quite a bit about Bind during the conversation. I finally just re-created the zone with all its static entries and will force DHCP renewals all around to update the rest of the clients. The problem stemmed from no backup and no slave zones. Both will be implemented to avoid (hopefully) a repeat of this problem.
