If you have an IP address allocation from the RIPE NCC, and you want
delegation for the reverse DNS zones of that address space in the parent
zones, you have to request that by creating a domain object.

The RIPE NCC's provisioning system reads the domain records, takes the
nserver: lines from them, and inserts the records into the appropriate
parent zones. Therefore domain objects are not merely informational;
they are necessary.
