Ah, I see. I misunderstood what you were trying to do. I thought the things you wanted to "doctor" were external IPs.
So again the question is: is there a way to do dns doctoring with bind only?
I think currently the only solution for bind is to use views and separate copies of the zones with internal/external IPs.
