Exactly the same way.
(I don't want to flush the whole zone).
There isn't any "flush whole zone" function in BIND. "rndc flush"
discards the entire cache. "rndc flushname [name]" discards all
records with that specific name, regardless of type. (All this
per-view, if you use views.)
