210.223.88.1 is also running BIND 8.1.2 so there will most likely be a error in the zone file that named has detected but they haven't corrected. Newer version of named rejected the zone outright when this occured but BIND 8.1.2 attempted to keep serving the zone but stopped setting the "aa" flag.
