I'd image so, I have tested several of ours and all give the same results as you, also tried my home dsl providers, which also give the same results, as well as another one I have access to. All mine are 9.7x, my employers 9.7x, my dsl provider uses antiquated debian 9.5.x as well as 9.7.x
