is there a way to write only one reverse zone for /22 or /21 or
/seominthg-different-form /24 ?
well, someone must create them, because that's how DNS works. you can of
course redirect them to one zone but that may cause useless troubles
- if you made error in _any_ of two zones through lookups will go, the
lookups may fail.
Therefore it's better to create separate zones for /24, unless you have /16
(or /8) and want to put all into one file (well, one mistake can make whole
file and all records unreachable).

Please try the link http://www.indelible.org/ink/classless/
This descries classless DNS for subnets smaller than /24.
For wider than /24 it's mostly useless.
