Although the '... quota reached' messages alarmed me at first,
the following message announcing recovery (confirmed by manual
checking of SOA serials) reassured me enough to make me feel
that no further attention was needed.
If it's occurring a lot, you could have stuck or nearly-stuck
transfers going on. "rndc status" will tell you how many. You may
need to adjust "max-transfer-time-out"/"max-transfer-idle-out"
rather than "transfers-out".
