I am not sure which DNS server you queried. The server returned a result from its cache: Non-authoritative answer: ... and it told you what the authoritative servers are: Authoritative answers can be found from: ... You added the server sec2.utmck.edu but that information has not yet gotten to the cache on the DNS server to which you sent your query. The rold informaition will remain in the cache until its TTL expires.
