I don't believe this is related to the egging, but a few weeks ago I was biking
by Mendota Mental Health up by Warner Park and saw a bunch of utility razor
blades in the road. I collected 8 or 10 of them. They were on the right side
of the road where bikes would seem to be the most likely target, although from
the condition of some of the broken blades I'm guessing they actually damaged
more car tires.
I was in Yellow Jersey just after and asked Andy Muzi if he'd heard of any
other such behavior ('cause Andy hears about dang near everything sooner or
later) and he had not. I've seen streaks of broken glass appearing and
re-appearing in certain bike lanes, but I hadn't seen razors before.
