I sent one of the previous notes to the member maillist for
http://uuprairie.org which has at least 3 members that live in that district
that are activists of one sort or another. My question is what to tell them
in order to get them to consider the possibility of running. What are the
perks and some of the good, bad, and indifferent issues they need to know in
order to give it serious consideration?
