El premio Cunningham de intercambio ofrecido por la Medical Library Association 
de Estados Unidos esta ofreciendo becas para 2010 a la participación en la 
Reunión de la MLA con extensión a pasantia de una o dos semanas en una de las 
bibliotecas de USA. Ellos están buscando bibliotecólogos interessados en 
nuestros países de América Latina y el Caribe. Siguen los datos a continuación 
así como la dirección para detalles y contacto. Espero que alguién de nuestra 
Región someta su candidatura. 


2010 Cunningham Fellowship Applications Sought 

Applications are now being accepted through December 1, 2008, for the 2010 
Cunningham Memorial International Fellowship. The award is given annually to 
citizens or permanent residents from countries outside the United States and 
Canada who have both an undergraduate degree and a master's level library 
degree and are working or preparing to work in a health sciences library in 
their countries. The program will provide a three-week learning experience 
including attending MLA 2010 and a one-to-two week stay at one or more medical 
library host sites. Two Cunningham awards of $3500 each are available. The 
Cunningham Fellowship was established in 1967 and named in honor of Eileen 
Cunningham.
