You're welcome; that is a Spamassassin problem and you might want to ask their mailing list about it. The Spamassassin rules should be well-tested, so if there is a problem in a rule, it is strange...unless you or another system administrator added it and there was a problem with it. Anyway, you might want to follow-up and find out why it happened; but it might not be a Perl problem.
But not able to install perl module 'Mail::IMAPClient', As far as I think this should be related with dependencies ( some modules are missing) but being a Perl Beginer I am not sure about it.
I took a look at the error message and I don't understand it either; you might want to start off by doing what Jeff says as that is what I did to install the module. Otherwise, I'm afraid I can't help you, but maybe someone else can.
BTW, are you a Debian user or you just like the word in your e-mail address? :-) If you are a debian user and have root access, you might want to try using apt-get to get the libmail-imapclient-perl package.
