Why did you do that? I think you have to enter the full path on Windows.
However, I don't run Windows (anywhere!) so I can't actually answer that
except via common sense.
Windows keeps a current drive as well as a current path for each drive. So
\Hindi\RHTDM\ refers to that path on the current drive which may or may not
be F:, depending on how Perl has been run.
