What did reading the source tell you?

Well, since it is a DBI driver, *any* DBI-aware program could use it,
within the limitations of the subset of SQL that it supports.

That is the default behavior, however ...

... here you can see they are mapping a table SomeName to the file
"SomeName20070827.csv"
