Thanks for the frank appraisal.  Since I'm unlikely to be deploying Perl
code to Windows machines any time soon, and would mostly just be using
it to play around, I think I may be the right guy to use Strawberry Perl
instead of ActiveState.  Of course, the downside is that as little as I
use Windows I may never get around to it.
